Welcome, Michelle Treadway

My work bridges the technical and the human sides of healthcare:
Strengthening vendor partnerships and compliance frameworks
Beyond the data and strategy, I never lose sight of the people behind it the patient waiting for an authorization, the provider buried in paperwork, the policymaker trying to make it all work.
That’s why I built TREAD Health Advisors (TreadHealthMedia): to bring clarity, accountability, and compassion back into healthcare operations, with a twist of video content and real life examples.
And through my social media storytelling and UGC collaborations, I make these insights more accessible showing that healthcare doesn’t have to feel complicated or corporate. It can be human, visual, and actionable.
Whether it’s advising clients, producing thought-leadership content, or creating brand campaigns that educate and inspire patients under a doctors care, or treatment services offered by your practice, my goal is simple:
